ESPRESSO DE OLLA
Ingredients
1.5oz / 45ml Reposado Tequila
1.5oz / 45ml A LA MODE Espresso
0.5oz / 15ml Cinnamon Syrup
3 drops / 0.5ml Saline Solution (1:4, Salt:Water)
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 4 - 5 quality ice cubes and hard shake. Strain into ice filled double rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh grated cassia cinnamon and the cinnamon stick if your feeling extra boujee.
For the Cinnamon Syrup, combine 5x cassia cinnamon sticks (broken up by hand) with 16 oz of water in a small pot. Bring to boil, then reduce to low simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Fine strain, then way resulting cinnamon tea. Add white sugar, equal parts by weight, to the tea. Stir to combine and allow to cool. Transfer to a bottle, put a label on it and store in fridge.
