Ingredients
1.5oz / 45ml Pineapple Whisky (or Dark rum)
1oz / 30ml A LA MODE Espresso
0.25oz / 7.5ml Lime juice
3 drops / 0.5ml Saline Solution (1:4, Salt:Water)
2.5oz / 75ml Ginger Beer
METHOD
Add the spirit and lime juice to a highball glass, with a splash of ginger beer. Fill the glass with ice and then top with ginger beer. Float A LA MODE on top to create the storm cloud. Garnish with a lime wheel.
