Ingredients

1.5oz / 45ml Vodka

1.5oz / 45ml A LA MODE ESPRESSO

0.75oz / 22.5ml Espresso Sauce

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 4 - 5 quality ice cubes and hard shake. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Throw 3 coffee beans over your shoulder, no one needs those tiny little choking hazards on top of their drink.

For the Espresso Sauce, combine the following and stir until fully dissolved. Transfer to a bottle, put a label on it and store in fridge.

5oz/150g Light brown sugar

2.5oz/75g White sugar

7.5oz/225g Water (room temp)

2oz/60ml Light Agave Syrup (uncut)

1/3oz/10ml Saline Solution (1:4, Salt:Water)
